Changes to CS proposal since initial posting

Changes to February 28, 2006 draft to create final version

• A number of grammatical and spelling errors were corrected.
• The new catalog text was corrected so:
  • 1. has a total of 9 3/4 units and 1.a. has 5 1/4 units. In the previous version it had the 1/4 and 3/4 reversed, e.g., 9 1/4 and 5 3/4.
  • CSCI 301 had added "May be repeated for credit if topic is different.". This was in the course proposal.
  • Writing statement modified so it says transfer students should consult advisor rather than automatic reduction.
• CSCI 301 added "comparison, and analysis" to catalog description
• CSCI 341 has title changed from "Program Design" to "Object Oriented Analysis & Design"
• Changes necessary for Biology, Physics and 3/2 Engineering were added.
• The following courses had additional content, goals/objectives, library holding and/or texts/core readings sections added:
